If you have not received an order confirmation from us please check your spam email folder. We also sent a link to your order to your nominated mobile phone number.
If you have ordered a presale item, your order will be fulfilled and dispatched once the item arrives at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification when your order has been packed. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.
Orders containing multiple items are often packed in two or more parcels. It is common for parcels to become separated during transit resulting in multiple deliveries over several days.
Please email us with your order number and an explanation with the reason for the return. We will get in contact with you.
