If you have not received an order confirmation from us please check your spam email folder. We also sent a link to your order to your nominated mobile phone number.
The Wicka warehouse is closed between 20 December and 5 January inclusive. Deliveries will resume on Monday 6 January in order of receipt. You will be notified via email once your order has been packed.
Orders containing multiple items are often packed in two or more parcels. It is common for parcels to become separated during transit resulting in multiple deliveries over several days.
Please email us with your order number and an explanation with the reason for the return. We will get in contact with you.
