WHAT TYPE OF DELIVERY SERVICE SHOULD I EXPECT?

The majority of our products are sent via our regular delivery partners such as Australia Post, Direct Freight and Couriers Please. Once dispatched, you will be contacted directly by them informing you of the status of your delivery. Note that these are common parcel carriers and it is not possible to nominate specific delivery dates and times.

Where possible we suggest you tick the authority to leave box in the checkout to avoid potential complications and delays in redelivery or the requirement to collect from a depot.

WHAT'S THE WAIT TIME ON DELIVERIES?

We aim to dispatch all available stock within two business days. We ship from Melbourne, and delivery times vary widely depending on many factors including geographical location, size of order and demand on the delivery network. Public holidays and busy shopping periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and New Year Sales will affect dispatch and delivery times.

Orders containing more than one item may need to be shipped in two or more parcels. It is common for parcels to become separated during transit resulting in multiple deliveries over several days.
